Refund Policy

Here at Little Love of Mine we aspire for you to be truly satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied or have changed your mind you can return any full priced item within 14 days for a refund or store credit which can be used either in store or online.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

It is considered a Sale item when an item is:

(a)  marked at a discounted price; (b)  purchased during a temporary promotion period (ie VIP Days, One Day sales, discount offers etc); or (c)  purchased using a coupon or a promotional code;

Items in our FINAL SALE category are not eligible for a store credit or refund unless faulty. 

In order for a return to be processed, it must be returned back to us within 14 days of receipt along with the completed returns form received with your order. The item/s must be returned in the original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Swimwear, skincare and dummies cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

If you have misplaced your returns form please email hello@littleloveofmine.com.au to obtain another. Returns will not be accepted for returns received after 14 days of delivery or without the completed returns form.

Note: The store credit or refund amount is for the item/s only and does not include the postage charges.
